Over the years we have cooked on many things. As you will see now, the pictures shown here are just what we have around the house to cook on these days. Different cooking needs, call for a different cooker sometimes. We have most likely used every one of our current cookers in competition at least once. While carrying an assortment of cookers to compete with, there are a few of them we don't carry to cookoffs any longer. We've actually gone to smaller and lighter. We also have an assortment of various other cooking utensils, such as a couple turkey fryers, 2-2 burner camp stoves with a griddle and oven, along with a couple of cast iron Dutch Ovens. Outdoor cooking is not only fun, but it sure tastes great too! And never were we so happy to have a few outdoor cooking devices as when hurricane Hugo blew through. Some of the best darn food I've ever eaten! We even had coffee. Although the big cookers aren't used in competition anymore, and the rest are, we still use every one of them around the house. When cooking a large amount of food, both large cookers get used. One will have the beans or chicken in it the other will have butts. We use them at Thanksgiving and Christmas to cook turkeys and hams.

The Char-Broil bullet (red) has had lots of wear since this photo was taken. After Brian has added a regular thermometer where the heat gauge used to be, and other modifications, it finally gets the temperatures he wanted. We cook our chicken it it.
The WSM was bought primarily to do chicken at cookoffs, but found it was eaiser to get the temperture we wanted using the Char-Broil. Started playing around with the brisket in the WSM and liked the results. Now this cooker is dedicated to cooking the briskets.
This cooker was custom built just for competition, however it replaced our gas grill when it died. We grill steaks, hamburgers, & hotdogs as well as cook BBQ on it.
These are the big cookers, which we use for cooking for a large crowd. First cooker we took to a cookoff, but stopped carring them due to the fact it was too much cooker for the amount of meat cooked during competition.
Our neighbor and newest team member Bob, bought this cooker recently. It is the same cooker as our's pictured above, except this is the trailer version.
