Last weekend we made a trip to Bowling Green KY to a cooking class. We had a great trip! The hotel was very nice and at a great price.
We attended cooking class in the holler at the Warren County Pork Choppers July class. Great bunch of folks! Ran into our old friends Phillip & Kathy Brazier and met some new ones. Top notch folks there in the holler, served us 2 great meals. Stir fry of chicken and beef on Friday night and a big breakfast of eggs, deep fried bacon, sausage, hashbrown casserole, biscuits and gravy. The class was great, and we picked up some tips, so it is practice time now. See if we can do it Chopper style! The new classroom building will make it even more awesome. Hope everyone has a wonder 4th!. We cooked up about 165 lbs of bbq this year. Along with the standard fare of beans and slaw!
